Robin Wangai

Robin Wangai is a theatre student and an emerging multidisciplinary artist, born in Newark and raised in Jersey City, NJ. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Seattle University's College of Arts and Sciences (to be expected in June 2029). Robin's introduction to theatre began at PS 38 in Jersey City, as part of various ensemble roles in "Grease Jr." and "Once on This Island Jr." Despite a hiatus in middle and high school, she continues to develop her craft through years of independent study in movement, dance, and vocal performance. She has recently performed as Miranda in "The Tempest" at the Lee Center for the Arts and as a Transylvanian in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" at Pigott Auditorium. When she is not acting, Robin likes to write stories, draw, sew, listen to music, collect antiques, take photos, and binge-watch old movies and anime.
