Connie also coaches professionals in sales, leadership, and public speaking, with credentials from the Dale Carnegie Institute, Sandler Sales, and Competitive Selling, and collaboration with figures like John Maxwell. She has trained audiences at major corporations—including Mary Kay Cosmetics, AT&T, General Motors, and Marriott Hotels—as well as government agencies such as the DEA and Federal Bureau of Prisons.
